“Every day, have a little bird on your shoulder that asks, 'Is today the day? Am I ready? Am I doing all I need to do? Am I being the person I want to be?”

I can confidently say you've saved my life. Thank you so much for everything. I will always have a little Charlotte in my mind."

“Sometimes families are fortunate enough that someone comes into their life to make a huge impact and positively influence it.  That is our family’s experience of Charlotte.  Prior to Charlotte’s involvement my 15yr daughter had been suffering for a year from a terrible undiagnosed condition.  The condition was severe in that it substantially affected her mobility, her cognitive ability, her emotions and her general ability to carry on with daily life.  My daughter was caught in a system where Consultants were unable to help.  Then we eventually met Charlotte.  She was nothing short of phenomenal.  She helped my daughter rationalise her condition and gave her strategies to cope and succeed.  Charlotte was a tower of strength in supporting us with 3rd Parties such as school, to ensure that they understood how they could effectively support us.

Quite simply, Charlotte was the trusted medical Professional that supported my daughter and our family through the most testing and challenging time of her life.  As a result my daughter is firmly back on track.

We feel we have been lucky and privileged to have been supported by Charlotte who is an inspiring medical professional.”
